Do I need to commit to completing the task on the specified date and time?
You will be asked to perform a task assessment on a specified date and time, so be sure to do it on the specified date and time. Please plan your time carefully before committing to a date / time commitment.
Reliable and proven secret workers will give priority to special tasks, and unreliable secret agents will usually get less work.
When do I need to report the results of the task?
You must upload all evaluation results within 24 hours. Your quick response will help us process the information as quickly as possible and communicate it to our customers.If you fail to upload within the specified timeframe, we will assign the task to other secret guests and cancel your work tasks. If you do not complete your work on time, you will not be able to get paid for your work.
Do I need to keep records of my task?

How long will I be able to start a Mystery shopper auditing after joining the membership?
We need some time to review your application. Once your application has been accepted, you can log in to Mimic and start searching for a task.
How much time does each task take?
It usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes in a task. Before proceeding, please make sure that you prepare enough time to read the contents of the task and instructions, and be familiar with the scene and questionnaire content.
How much pay can I get?
The amount of payment depends on the task you have completed.
Does Mystery shopper need to buy goods in the task?
Depending on project properties, if it need to buy goods, we will pay for it.
Can not receive the certification letter?
You can try the following steps:
